## About Gyfts

Gyfts organises the global MACH wellness ecosystem. The core discovery
paradigm is condition-first: seekers can enter through a symptom or
condition, rather than starting only with practitioner search. Each public
modality, condition, and symptom should be framed with evidence context so
seekers and retrieval systems can hold different practice traditions
honestly.

## Content Philosophy

- Evidence-contextualised: condition-modality links should disclose an
  evidence tier where available, such as strong, moderate, emerging,
  traditional, mixed, or limited.
- Educational voice: use "may support", "traditionally used for", "can
  sometimes relate to", and similar cautious phrasing. Avoid "treats",
  "cures", "diagnoses", and "proven to" unless a specific reviewed source
  and page context support the wording.
- British English throughout editorial surfaces.
- MACH-aware: spiritual or energetic modalities should not carry clinical
  treatment semantics unless the entity is genuinely clinical and reviewed
  source data supports that claim.

  explicitly justify it.

  MedicalCondition nodes only for recognised conditions under reviewed
  editorial policy.

  MedicalSignOrSymptom should be reserved for clearly clinical symptoms

Gyfts should omit unverified authority, evidence tier, reviewer credential,
sameAs, and medical-treatment claims rather than fabricating them.
