Initial Consultation
Your dowser will begin by discussing your intentions, questions, or areas of concern. This conversation helps establish focus and clarity about what you're seeking guidance on—whether that's energy assessment, location of resources, health-related questions, or personal decision-making. The practitioner will explain their dowsing method, the tools they use, and what to expect during the session.
Treatment
The dowser will select their preferred tools, typically a pendulum, Y-shaped rod, or L-shaped rods. They may hold the tools in specific ways and move slowly or remain still while entering a receptive state. The dowser believes the tools respond to subtle energetic shifts, unconscious muscle movements, or intuitive guidance. They will ask clear questions or focus on your concern while observing the tool's movements—swings, rotations, or directional pulls. You may be asked to participate, hold the tools, or simply remain present. The session typically lasts 30–60 minutes depending on the complexity of questions or areas being explored.
After Treatment
The dowser will interpret the tool's responses and provide insights or answers based on what they observed. They may offer recommendations, energetic explanations, or suggested next steps. Some practitioners provide written notes or diagrams. You should feel free to ask questions about the interpretation and discuss how the guidance resonates with you. The experience is subjective, and your own intuition about the information is valued.
Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up frequency depends on your needs and the practitioner's recommendations. Some clients return weekly or monthly for ongoing guidance, while others seek dowsing only for specific questions or decisions. Regular sessions are optional and should align with your comfort level and goals. The practitioner may suggest periodic check-ins to reassess energy, track progress on previous questions, or explore new concerns.
