Treatment
Regular coaching sessions typically last 45-60 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly depending on your program. Sessions combine strategic planning, mindset work, and practical skill development. Your coach will guide you through exercises to identify and reframe limiting beliefs, develop new behavioral patterns, and create actionable steps toward your goals. You may work with visualization techniques, strategic planning tools, accountability frameworks, and problem-solving methodologies. Between sessions, you'll complete specific assignments and track your progress using agreed-upon metrics.
After Treatment
Following each session, you'll receive a summary of key insights, action items, and resources to support your continued progress.
