Initial Consultation
Your first session typically begins with an in-depth conversation about your intentions, spiritual beliefs, and what you hope to explore or understand about past lives. The practitioner will ask about your current life circumstances, emotional patterns, recurring themes, and any specific questions or concerns you bring to the exploration. This consultation establishes trust, clarifies expectations, and allows the practitioner to tailor the session to your needs. No physical examination is involved.
Treatment
During the core session, the practitioner may use guided meditation, hypnotherapy, visualization, or energy work to support exploration of past-life memories or spiritual understanding. If regression is part of the session, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state while remaining fully conscious. The practitioner may ask you questions to help access and explore memories, symbols, or insights that arise. Some sessions focus on meditation and intuitive channeling rather than active regression. The experience is entirely internal; you are in control and can return to normal awareness at any time.
After Treatment
Following the session, you may feel relaxed, reflective, or emotionally moved. The practitioner will take time to ground you and discuss any insights, symbols, or narratives that emerged during the session. You may receive guidance on integrating these experiences into your life and spiritual practice. Some practitioners provide written notes or recordings. It is normal to feel contemplative; allow yourself time to process before making major decisions.
Follow-up Sessions
Many people pursue multiple sessions to explore different periods, deepen understanding, or address new questions that arise. The frequency and number of sessions are entirely personal; some work with a practitioner over months or years as part of ongoing spiritual development, while others have a single exploratory session. Follow-up may include integration practices, journaling, or additional spiritual work between sessions.
