Initial Consultation
Your practitioner will begin by discussing your intentions, questions, and what you hope to explore or understand through past-life work. They will explain the techniques they use—whether regression hypnosis, meditation, guided visualization, or dream work—and address any concerns. You'll discuss your openness to the experience and establish a comfortable, safe environment. Some practitioners may ask about recurring themes in your life, relationship patterns, or persistent questions you hold.
Treatment
During a regression session, you will typically be guided into a deeply relaxed state, often through hypnotic induction or guided meditation. The practitioner will use careful questioning and visualization prompts to help you access imagery, sensations, or impressions that may feel like memories from another time. You remain conscious and in control throughout; you are not asleep or under anyone's control. Images, emotions, or narratives may emerge spontaneously. Some people experience vivid scenes; others receive impressions, symbols, or feelings. The practitioner helps you explore and describe what arises without judgment or leading questions. The session typically lasts 60–90 minutes.
After Treatment
You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, or reflective after a session. Some people report clarity or a sense of integration; others feel uncertain or need time to process. Your practitioner will help you ground yourself and may discuss what emerged during the session. It's common to feel tired or to need quiet time afterward. You may be given journal prompts or reflective exercises to continue exploring insights at home.
Follow-up Sessions
Many practitioners recommend reflection time before scheduling additional sessions. Some clients pursue one or two sessions out of curiosity; others work with a practitioner over several months or years to explore multiple themes or deepen their practice. Follow-up sessions allow you to revisit specific questions, explore different time periods or relationships, or integrate previous insights into your personal narrative and current life.
