Treatment
During the session, you'll usually be invited to lie down comfortably, fully clothed, in a calm environment. The practitioner may use various techniques, which might include: gentle hand placements on or near your body (similar to energy work), guided visualization or meditation, breathing exercises, intention-setting, or verbal affirmations. Some practitioners incorporate sound, color, or other sensory elements. The session typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour. You may be asked to visualize healing light, imagine balance returning to your system, or focus on specific intentions. The atmosphere is generally quiet, peaceful, and designed to support relaxation and openness.
After Treatment
Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, or energized after a session—responses similar to those from meditation or massage. Some experience emotional release or insights. It's common to feel drowsy or need rest afterward. Practitioners often recommend drinking water and avoiding stressful activities for the remainder of the day. You may be given self-care suggestions such as journaling, gentle movement, or continued meditation to support the work done in session.
Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up frequency varies based on your goals and the practitioner's recommendations. Some people attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions. Others use Quantum Healing as occasional support alongside other wellness practices. Your practitioner may suggest a treatment plan and will typically check in about how you're feeling and whether your health goals are being addressed.
