Initial Consultation
Your first Satya Japanese Reiki session typically begins with a consultation where your practitioner learns about your health history, current concerns, and intentions for the session. This is an opportunity to discuss any physical discomfort, emotional challenges, or spiritual questions you may have. The practitioner will explain how the session works and answer any questions you have about the modality. This time is also used to establish a foundation of trust and understanding, which supports the deeper work of truth-seeking and authentic healing.
Treatment
During the hands-on treatment, you will typically lie fully clothed on a massage table in a calm, warm environment. The practitioner will place their hands gently on or near your body, using traditional Reiki hand positions and channeling healing energy through these placements. Satya Japanese Reiki incorporates specific symbols and techniques intended to facilitate deep healing and support your journey toward greater authenticity and self-discovery. The practitioner may work with energy centers (chakras) or other energetic systems while maintaining a focused intention on truth and inner alignment. The session typically lasts 60–90 minutes and is a deeply relaxing experience; many clients report feeling peaceful, warm sensations, or emotional release during or after treatment.
After Treatment
Following your session, you may feel relaxed, peaceful, or energized. Some people experience emotional shifts or insights in the hours or days following a session. Your practitioner may offer guidance on supporting your healing process, such as staying hydrated, resting if needed, or reflecting on any experiences or realizations that arose. It is common to feel a sense of clarity or alignment after a Satya Japanese Reiki session, though everyone's experience is unique.
Follow-up Sessions
Many people benefit from regular sessions to deepen their healing work and maintain the benefits they experience. Your practitioner may recommend a course of sessions or a maintenance schedule based on your individual needs and goals. Some clients attend weekly or monthly sessions as part of their ongoing wellness and spiritual practice, while others return as needed when they feel called to work on specific issues or seek further alignment with their authentic self.
