Initial Consultation
Your first session typically begins with a comprehensive intake discussion. The practitioner will ask about your reasons for seeking reincarnation therapy, current life challenges, health history, and openness to the process. They will explain their methodology, discuss what past-life exploration might involve, and address any concerns. This consultation establishes rapport, clarifies expectations, and allows the practitioner to tailor the experience to your comfort level and intentions.
Treatment
During the regression session, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state, typically through progressive relaxation, guided imagery, or hypnotic induction. The practitioner uses gentle, suggestive language to invite memories or impressions of past lives to emerge. You may be asked to visualize a doorway, pathway, or other symbolic entry point into another time or place. As impressions arise, the practitioner may ask open-ended questions to help you explore the experience: "What do you see? What year is this? Who are you?"
Throughout the process, you remain in control and can speak or move at any time. Some people experience vivid imagery and narrative; others perceive emotions, sensations, or abstract knowing. The practitioner may guide you to explore significant moments in the past-life narrative, seek insights about how that life relates to current challenges, or ask your "higher self" for understanding and healing.
Session length typically ranges from 60 to 90 minutes, with the regression portion lasting 30 to 60 minutes.
After Treatment
After returning to full waking consciousness, you and the practitioner will discuss your experience. Many practitioners encourage journaling, reflection, or gentle integration time. You may feel emotionally moved, relaxed, energized, or introspective. Some people report immediate insights or emotional release; others find meaning and connections over time. The practitioner may offer reflections on symbolic or thematic elements that emerged and suggest ways to apply insights to current life situations.
Follow-up Sessions
Many clients pursue multiple sessions over weeks or months to explore different past-life narratives, deepen understanding, or address specific ongoing concerns. Some practitioners recommend spacing sessions to allow time for integration and reflection between visits. Over time, you may notice shifts in perspective, emotional patterns, or approach to current challenges that you attribute to past-life insights.
