Download your data or delete your account
Both are under Settings, on the Privacy & Data tab. Request data export and we email you a download link, within the time your local data-protection law requires. Delete my account starts a 30-day hold you can cancel; after that your personal details are removed for good.
Get a copy of your data
Open Settings, then Privacy & Data, and select Request data export. We email you a download link within the time your local data-protection law requires. The link works for 7 days.
Delete your account
On the same tab, select Delete my account and confirm. You then have 30 days to change your mind: Cancel deletion request stops it. Active bookings will be cancelled.
After 30 days your name and details are removed, and your Wellness Map, Vidi history and messages are deleted. Records we're required to keep, like payments and past bookings, stay without your details attached.
