Leave a review
After a completed session, select Leave a review on the booking, or open Reviews in your account. Give a star rating from 1 to 5 and, if you like, a few words. Each session can be reviewed once, and reviews go live after a quick check.
- Find the session
Open Bookings and find it under Past, or open Reviews and look under Waiting on you.
- Rate it
Choose your stars. Writing something is optional; what helped, and what the session was like, is most useful to others.
- Submit
Select Submit review. It shows Awaiting moderation until it's published on their profile.
Reviews can't be edited once sent. If you need one changed or removed, contact support.
