Report or block a practitioner

Short answer

Open the conversation in Messages and select the three-dot menu next to the practitioner's name to report the conversation, block them, or delete it. To report a profile or an organization's page, select Report, the flag icon, on that page. Reports are confidential, and you can undo a block any time.

  1. Open the menu

In Messages, open the conversation and select the three-dot menu next to the practitioner's name.

  2. Report the conversation

Select Report conversation, pick the closest reason, such as Harassment or abuse or Scam or solicitation, add any detail that would help, and select Submit report. They won't be told who reported them.

  3. Block them

Select Block practitioner, then confirm. They can't message you, and the conversation is hidden for both of you. Reporting doesn't block anyone on its own.

Report a profile or page

On a practitioner's profile or an organization's page, select Report (the flag icon). Choose a reason, such as Unsafe health claims or False credentials, add detail if it helps, and select Submit Report. You'll need to be signed in.

Unblock someone

Go to Settings, open Privacy & Data, and find Blocked people. Select Unblock next to their name. They can message you again, and your conversation comes back to your inbox.

Delete a conversation

Select Delete in the same menu, then confirm. It leaves your inbox, but the practitioner can still see it, and it comes back if they message you again.
