Booking sessions
Book, pay, reschedule and cancel.
- Book and pay for a sessionOpen a practitioner's profile and select Book a session, or Book now next to a specific service. Choose the service, a date and time, and online or in person, add any notes, then pay by card through Stripe. You need a free account to book. You'll get an email when the practitioner confirms.
- Cancel or reschedule a bookingGo to Bookings in your account, select Manage on the booking, then Request reschedule or Cancel booking. Before you cancel, you'll see exactly how much you'll get back under the practitioner's cancellation policy. A reschedule request goes to the practitioner, and your session stays as it is until they accept.
