Traditional Chinese Medicine
Acupuncturist & TCM practitioner for chronic pain, hormonal health and stress
I'm Sarah, a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. For fourteen years I've worked with people who are tired of being told their pain or their hormones are "just something to live with".
Most people come to me with long-standing back, neck or joint pain, migraines, painful or irregular cycles, fertility support, perimenopause, or the kind of stress that shows up as poor sleep and a tight jaw. Often they have tried a lot already. My job is to listen properly, find the pattern underneath the symptoms, and build a plan that fits your life.

Sarah treated my frozen shoulder after physio had plateaued. Within four sessions the range of motion had improved significantly and the pain was much more manageable. Incredibly professional and warm. Could not recommend her highly enough. [seed]

Outstanding. I came in with burnout-related exhaustion and left each session feeling genuinely restored. Sarah has a rare ability to hold space while also being clinically precise. I have referred three people to her already. [seed]

Good experience overall. Sarah is professional and clearly experienced. I have noticed real improvement in my sleep and energy levels after five sessions. Would recommend to anyone curious about acupuncture who wants a practitioner who takes the time to actually listen. [seed]

Sarah treated my endometriosis symptoms when nothing else was giving me relief. She explained the TCM perspective on what was happening in my body, which helped me feel less helpless about my condition. She is one of the most attentive and genuinely caring practitioners I have ever seen. [seed]

I was sceptical about acupuncture going in, but a friend who had seen Sarah for migraines strongly recommended her. Three sessions in, the frequency of my headaches has dropped dramatically. Sarah is calm, thorough, and clearly very skilled. [seed]

Very knowledgeable and warm practitioner. The sessions have helped my stress levels considerably. My only reason for four stars rather than five is purely logistical — I wish the clinic had later evening slots. The treatment itself has been excellent. [seed]

I came to Sarah for help with hormonal issues after years of irregular cycles and no real answers from conventional medicine. She took a thorough history, explained everything in plain language, and built a treatment plan that actually made sense. Four months on and things are genuinely improving. [seed]
