Invite staff, admins and affiliates
Open Members in your organization dashboard. Staff practitioners work under your organization and each use one of its paid staff places. Admins help run it as a Manager or Billing manager. Affiliates stay independent practitioners linked to you. Each tab has its own invite, and invitations expire after 7 days.
- Open Members
In your organization dashboard, open Members.
- Invite a staff practitioner
On the Staff practitioners tab, enter their email and select Invite. Each staff member uses one staff place from your plan. If none are free, add more in Billing first.
- Invite an admin
On the Admins tab, enter their email, choose Manager or Billing manager, and select Invite.
- Invite an affiliate
On the Affiliates tab, search by name, profile or @handle, or enter an email, and select Send invitation.
- They accept
They get an email with an Accept invitation button. They sign in or create an account, then select Accept invite. You can also select Copy link to send the invitation yourself.
