Mark a client as a no-show

PractitionersOrganizationsUpdated Sep 28, 20261 min read
Short answer

Every client counts as attended unless you say otherwise. If someone didn't come, open the booking after the session and select Mark as no-show. It's a label for your records: your payment isn't affected. You can undo it for 7 days after the session.

  1. Open the booking

Once the session has ended, go to Bookings and open it. Under Session outcome, select Mark as no-show.

  2. That's it

The booking shows No-show. You're paid as usual, exactly as for a completed session.

  3. Changed your mind?

Select Undo no-show. The booking shows the date and time you can change it until, 7 days after the session ends.

For organizations

Open Sales, choose Sessions and select Manage on the session. Every session is listed, including ones booked from a bundle, free sessions and ones not yet charged. Under Session outcome, select Mark as no-show. The staff practitioner who ran it can also mark it from their own Bookings.

If a client says the session didn't go ahead

You'll get a notification. Refunds are your decision: if you agree, refund them from Sales.
