Work with affiliate practitioners
Affiliates are independent practitioners linked to your organization: they keep their own profile, services, calendar and payments, and don't use a staff entitlement. Invite them, or approve their requests, from the Affiliates card in Members.
- Invite
In Members, open Affiliates and choose Invite an affiliate practitioner. Find them on Gyfts or invite by email, then Send invitation.
- Answer requests
Practitioners can ask to join once your organization is published. Approve or Decline them in the invitations list.
- Manage the list
Affiliation records has Pending, Approved and All. Remove ends the link; it doesn't touch their profile.
