Team and roles
Invite people, set roles and approve staff services.
- Invite staff, admins and affiliatesOpen Members in your organization dashboard. Staff practitioners work under your organization and each use one of its paid staff places. Admins help run it as a Manager or Billing manager. Affiliates stay independent practitioners linked to you. Each tab has its own invite, and invitations expire after 7 days.
- Organization roles and what they can doOrganizations have four roles. The Owner can do everything, including deleting the organization. Managers run the team, profile, events, schedules and sales, but not billing. Billing managers handle the subscription, invoices and refunds. Staff practitioners deliver sessions and have no admin access unless you give them extra permissions.
- Approve a staff practitioner's serviceServices created by staff practitioners can't be booked until your organization approves them. Open Review, then Service review, and select Approve or Return to practitioner for each one. When you return a service, add a note so the practitioner knows what to change.
