Join an organization as staff or an affiliate
Staff join through an invite email: open the link and select Accept invite. Independent practitioners can link to an organization as an affiliate: accept its invite under Affiliations in My Practice, or select Request affiliation on the organization's page. Affiliates keep their own profile, services and payments.
Joining as staff
- Open the invite
Select the link in the invite email. A staff account is separate from any personal practitioner or client account, so if you already use Gyfts, create a new account with the email address the invite was sent to.
- Accept
Select Accept invite. When you see that you've joined, choose Add your services or Go to your dashboard.
Don't want to join? You don't need to do anything; the invite expires on its own.
Linking as an affiliate
- They invited you: go to My Practice, then Affiliations, and select Accept or Decline under Awaiting your answer.
- You'd like to link: on the organization's page, select Request affiliation. Track it under Your requests, where you can also Withdraw it.
- Ending it: under Your affiliations, select End affiliation.
