Sell gift cards
Once you're set up, gift cards are on by default: visitors to your profile can buy one for someone and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Gift cards can only be spent on your own services. Turn sales off any time under Gift Cards.
- Check you can sell
Open Gift Cards in your dashboard menu. If anything's missing, the page tells you what: usually a published profile with an active service, verification, and Stripe connected. If your plan doesn't include gift cards, it shows you how to get them.
- Leave it on, or pause it
Gift cards on your profile is on by default. Switch it off to pause new sales; cards already sold stay valid.
- Keep track
The page shows what's outstanding, cards sold and value redeemed, plus every card with its balance. Use Export for a spreadsheet.
How it works for your clients
- They select Send a Gyft on your profile (Gift on a phone) and choose to email it now or on a date, send it to themselves to print, or keep it.
- When they book a single session with you, they tick Apply my Gyfts to use their balance.
- If a booking paid with a gift card is cancelled, its value goes back on the card in line with your cancellation policy.
