Omega Institute

Omega Institute for Holistic Studies is a nonprofit, donor-supported educational organization founded in 1977 and located on more than 250 acres in New York's Hudson Valley. For nearly half a century, we have served as a living sanctuary for lifelong learning, holistic growth, and spiritual awakening. Nestled on our tranquil campus in Rhinebeck, New York, we provide a transformative space where individuals can step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what matters most. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization, we bring together world-class teachers, artists, scientists, and seekers to explore an expansive curriculum spanning mind and spirit, body and health, creative expression, leadership, and sustainable living. Whether through our immersive in-person workshops, restorative wellness retreats, or accessible online courses, our mission is to awaken the best in the human spirit, foster deep personal renewal, and inspire lasting positive change in the world.
